Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager for our client, a prominent Electrical Contractor based in East Anglia, specializing in commercial and industrial electrical installation projects.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Generous holiday allowance: 30 days including public holidays
  • Comprehensive private healthcare coverage

Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple contracts valued between £20,000 and £3 million, focusing on electrical installations in various sectors including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing plants.
  • Lead on-site teams across diverse disciplines such as electrical systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Lightning Protection.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, providing detailed reports throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits for both new and existing clients to perform surveys and estimate additional work.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in the electrical installation sector, particularly within commercial and industrial environments.
  • Hands-on technical background as a qualified Electrician.
  • Familiarity with the initial survey and design phases of electrical installation projects.
  • Previous experience in a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor role, with a solid understanding of electrical reporting standards.

Location: Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
