Senior Designer Role

We are seeking a Senior Designer who is obsessed with design, follows trends, and has a keen interest in various design disciplines, including brand, print, and digital. The ideal candidate will inspire others with their creative thinking and leadership, and possess excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, hierarchy of messaging, and the grid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop key visuals for campaigns and projects
  • Contribute exceptional conceptual and creative thinking in design work
  • Present ideas with strong rationale and execution skills
  • Create multiple design options that meet expectations
  • Work at a pace that allows for development and review before deadlines
  • Confidently communicate design decisions to stakeholders
  • Guide junior team members and promote continuous learning and development

About the Role

This role will be based in our Leeds office, working 3 days a week. We actively encourage applications from disabled people and will provide any reasonable adjustments required for the interview process.
