Project Manager - MEP

Cheltenham HQ, Sites UK Wide, Primarily London based

£50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  2. Develop and deliver project estimates and valuations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  3. Oversee team members to ensure compliance with project specifications, protocols, and procedures.
  4. Provide regular updates to clients, highlighting project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  5. Plan and coordinate resources, including materials, labor, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
  6. Collaborate with the Site Safety Officer to maintain high standards of health and safety.
  7. Work with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive project success.
  8. Ensure all health and safety requirements are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in project management, specifically in M&E/Mechanical and Electrical sectors within commercial, retail, and educational environments.
  2. Ability to travel to project sites as required.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  4. Self-motivated and proactive personality.
  5. Attention to detail and a right-first-time attitude.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
