We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Complaints and Disputes Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on building trust and credibility in our service charge process, ensuring that all complaints and disputes are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve service charge complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement effective processes to prevent complaints and disputes from arising
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure that all service charge-related issues are addressed promptly
