About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Thetford site. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular plant checks and readings on essential equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance.
  • Work efficiently to complete electrical and mechanical engineering tasks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Monitor production lines to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
  • Perform machine inspections, conduct repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Provide mechanical or electrical assistance to breakdowns and support the production team.
About You
  • You will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with production teams.
  • Be multiskilled and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
