We are an independently owned, family-run, home care provider and part of the Home Instead network, offering the highest quality home care in the UK. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients, and we are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and wellbeing support
  • Assisting with everyday tasks, such as cooking and light housework
  • Helping clients access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
  • Supporting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and bathing

We offer a competitive pay rate of £11.40 per hour, Monday to Friday, and £12.40 per hour on weekends, with double time on bank holidays. You will also receive local 24-hour office support, a dedicated mentor, and award-winning paid training.
