Fruition IT is seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join a leading SaaS business as they embark on a new platform rollout. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a DevSecOps culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security protocols within AWS environments to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize AWS services to optimize system performance and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Set up and oversee alerting and monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Apply information security controls in software engineering processes to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including RDS, S3, and EC2.
- Experience with AWS GuardDuty, AWS Security Hub, AWS WAF, and AWS Inspector.
- AWS FIS and Chaos Toolkit are desirable.
- Hands-on experience with alerting and monitoring tools.
- Awareness of GDPR, ISO 27001, and CIS.
- Proficiency in Terraform as Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and best practices.
