This is a top opportunity for a driven, sales-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of successful field sales experience. The role is suitable for those with existing experience in the dental market or those keen to transition into the medical sales arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and selling advanced solutions to dental practices across your geographical territory.
  • Research, identification, and contacting potential and existing customers.
  • Initial cold calls, rapport building, fact-finding, a consultative approach, and deal closure.
  • Directly engaging with decision-makers, making the process as efficient as your influence and technical knowledge will allow.

Requirements:

  • Extremely driven, resilient, ambitious, and independent.
  • Ability to secure sales and understand and communicate the technical aspects and related USPs.
  • Strong influence and persuasion skills.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and positive.
  • Hunter Attitude. Confident and extremely driven to meet objectives.
  • 3 years' experience, ideally with a minimum of 1 year in the field.
  • Self-starter with a real can-do attitude.
  • Calm and empathetic approach.
  • Passionate, curious, and enthusiastic. Always looking for improvement.
