**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our team. As a Stores Person, you will be responsible for assisting with all activities within the Manufacturing and Stores area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and checking goods into stock
  • Issuing stock promptly and accurately in accordance with Company procedures and established practices
  • Cycle Counting and recording transactions using the appropriate documentation and computer routines
  • Offloading and unpacking deliveries from suppliers, checking, booking in, and locating goods
  • Ensuring Cycle Counting is up to date
  • Picking and issuing goods for Manufacturing
  • Assisting with Paint Spraying as and when required
  • Picking, packing, and despatching goods for spares
  • Carrying out any other duties that can reasonably be assessed to be part of the role

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of computerised stock control systems
  • Knowledge of SAP software desirable
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly in a repetitive task environment
  • Physical capability to cope with heavy manual lifting
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Counterbalance Forklift truck licence
  • Narrow Isle High Reach Forklift truck licence desirable
