Shift Pay: A structured pay system that allows you to excel in supporting clients to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and foster community connections. Mileage Reimbursement: Competitive rates for drivers and cyclists. Incentive Programs: Bonuses for new starters, referrals, and annual performance.As a Care Assistant at Be Caring, your work schedule will align with our shift patterns, which may include late shifts and alternating weekends.
Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm Late Shifts: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (end time varies based on transportation options)Your working pattern will be collaboratively established, with a 2-week rota that encompasses:

As a Care Assistant , your responsibilities will include:

As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will undergo comprehensive training that covers:
