About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Harlow. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND/ASL requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Conduct regular observations, assessments, and planning to ensure children's progress and development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to thrive and reach their full potential.
