Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Occupational Health Staffing Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external office staff, OH Technicians, and developing new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain current business relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and lead a team of internal and external office staff and OH Technicians
  • Oversee the signing off of paperwork and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage profit and loss, allocate resources, and foster a positive team culture
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote the company's services
  • Identify and develop new Occupational Health services to meet the needs of clients
  • Coach and inspire internal team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Part 3 of the NMC registration
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills in Occupational Health
  • Experience of SEQOSH accreditation, leading clinical audits, HAV's, health surveillance, and case management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
