Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies that align with Fabulatte's business objectives
- Create engaging and informative social media content that resonates with our target audience
- Plan and coordinate content in an aesthetically pleasing way that supports business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including organizing the content calendar, creating posts and videos, and writing and scheduling all posts/reels/stories
- Edit photo and video content for use across socials and the wider marketing team
- Gather 'Behind the Scenes' content during shoot days for social channel use
- Monitor relevant social trends, online news, emerging opportunities to generate relevant, proactive content
- Provide insights, analysis, and reporting on marketing activity and KPIs using data-driven results to back social strategies
- Deliver accurate analysis of reports, track progress and trends, and make recommendations for business/campaign improvement and efficiency
- Minimum of 5 years' proven social media and digital marketing experience
- Experience working within a digital or marketing agency
- A creative flair with a vision that fits our brand
- Knowledge of the brand voice with a talent for creating the perfect blend of witty, humorous but professional copy
- Experience in content creation in photo or video format
- Sound knowledge of managing social media PPC
- Ability to significantly grow online social presence and increase social engagement
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing PPC strategies and campaigns
- Able to work to project and time management systems
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
