Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team in Manchester, Leeds, or Merseyside. As a leading law firm, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Head of Department to develop and implement effective case strategies.
  • Identify and progress cases ready for Letter of Claim, settlement, or other relevant services, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Handle your caseload in a proactive and commercially astute manner, maximizing opportunities for clients.
  • Coordinate case progression with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Draft legal documents, including Letters of Claim and letters of instruction, to support case progression.
  • Negotiate settlements and initiate proceedings when necessary, providing expert representation and advocacy.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on technical issues, with the assistance of the Team Leader or Head of Department.

We welcome applications from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a range of experience, including NQ solicitors up to those with 5 years PQE. The ideal candidate should have recent experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases and a strong track record of success.
