Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team in a temporary to permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and be able to work with established accounts on a warm desk with live vacancies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Talent Sourcing: Source and attract skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience to meet the needs of our clients.
- 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients and candidates.
