Job Responsibilities
⦁ Programming, setting, and operating CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls and CNC Mills with Heidenhain controls.
⦁ Interpreting engineering drawings to facilitate programming, setting, and manufacturing processes for achieving high-quality products.
⦁ Creating detailed layout sheets to document tooling, setups, and machine parameters for consistent results.
⦁ Working independently to meet high standards and deadlines.
⦁ Qualifying and documenting work using various measuring tools.
⦁ Supporting and training colleagues as needed.
⦁ Ensuring safety by using appropriate PPE and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
⦁ Continuously seeking improvements and proposing cost-saving ideas to supervisors.

Candidate Requirements
⦁ A time-served apprenticeship is preferred but not mandatory.
⦁ Proficiency in Fanuc (ISO) and Heidenhain is essential.
⦁ Previous experience in large machining is advantageous.
⦁ Overhead crane training and manual handling training are beneficial.
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
⦁ A reliable, loyal, friendly, and approachable demeanor is essential.
⦁ Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
