  • Collaborate with schools and other community organizations to provide counseling services and support.
  • Supervise and mentor junior counseling staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of counseling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in counseling, with a focus on working with children and young people.
  • Current driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience working in a team environment and ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
