The Role
We are looking for a priest who can offer ministry for two days plus Sundays each week. You will play a vital role in leading worship, providing pastoral care, and nurturing the spiritual life of our congregations.

The Church of England recognizes the importance of clergy wellbeing. We offer a range of support services, including:
- Occupational health and confidential support services.
- A new pastoral supervision scheme.
- Resources and information on our diocesan website dedicated to clergy wellbeing.
- Regular articles, tips, and information in our clergy newsletter - Ministry Matters.
- Workshops for PCCs to discuss clergy wellbeing boundaries/expectations.
- Encouragement to clergy to report sick absence, offering support when they are ill.
- A revised MDR process that includes questions encouraging clergy to reflect on their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
