Position Overview

Scout Recruiting LTD is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Electrical Services Regional Manager. This position is pivotal in overseeing the operational, sales, and financial aspects of our electrical services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Ensure that all project schedules are effectively planned, executed, and managed to achieve optimal efficiency while delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Financial Oversight: Take charge of all financial operations within the region, monitoring expenditures closely. The successful candidate will be expected to provide comprehensive financial reports to senior management with minimal notice.
  • Sales and Marketing Development: Drive the growth of sales and marketing initiatives within the region, identifying training needs and implementing programs to enhance operational performance.
  • Team Management: Conduct annual performance evaluations for all electrical services personnel in the region and manage recruitment processes as necessary.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by senior management that align with the candidate's expertise.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in electrical services and industry standards.
  • A proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of commercial dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Skills in developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a quick adaptability to new systems.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, totaling 45 hours. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and operational success of the region.
