About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Premises Assistant to join our site team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises and providing excellent support to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep of our premises.
  • Perform minor repairs and refurbishments to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Handle porterage and basic DIY tasks to support the smooth operation of our site.
  • Ensure the health and safety of our premises by identifying and reporting any hazards or issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a site or premises role is essential.
  • School experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • You must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
  • General maintenance experience is required.
  • You must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
