About the Role

Hundred Houses Society is seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to join their team. As a Property Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to the society's customers and ensuring the general condition of properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys and inspections of the society's homes, including stock condition surveys, dilapidations surveys, and work in progress inspections.
  • Actively manage the general condition of properties and identify areas for planned or cyclical maintenance.
  • Ensure contractors and suppliers perform to specification and contractual terms.
  • Compile tender/contract documents and manage the procurement process.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to enable investment decisions by the Head of Property Services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of property maintenance and surveying principles. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
