We are a collective of educational institutions dedicated to providing outstanding instruction and learning experiences across various levels. Our Accrington and Rossendale College is in search of a Bricklaying Trainer and Assessor for our Apprenticeship program. If you possess a strong enthusiasm for educating and guiding others, this position may be an excellent fit for you.

Primary Duties:

  • Facilitate all components of the evaluation standards, encompassing training, guidance, and assessment
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of apprentices
  • Offer practical coaching to apprentices to showcase exemplary practices
  • Perform initial evaluations of apprenticeship requirements

Qualifications:

  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English at Grade C/4 or higher
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a pertinent field
  • Teaching Qualification or a commitment to pursue one
  • Relevant current industry experience
  • Proven experience in delivering and assessing qualifications
