About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating.
  • Support residents with their communication needs and provide emotional reassurance to individuals and their families.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Develop good observation skills, a sense of humor, and a positive outlook to enhance the care experience.
