We are currently seeking a Culinary Specialist to support the operations of the College's Catering Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and service of meals and refreshments throughout the school day;
  • Catering for various school events and programs held during term and non-term periods;
  • Monitoring inventory control, stock rotation, and record-keeping;
  • Assisting in the preparation of meals for the college community;
  • Ensuring compliance with staff and kitchen hygiene standards;
  • Adhering to Health and Safety regulations in the workplace;
  • Engaging in the College's Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development initiatives;
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
