We are a leading Facilities Management company seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing small work projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of sub-contractors and ensuring they meet our high standards
  • Conducting regular site checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Developing and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) for all projects
  • Providing inductions and training to new staff members
  • Collaborating with our Contracts Manager to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Chairing weekly progress meetings to discuss project updates and address any concerns

Requirements:

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • First Aid training
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an Electrical background
