Job Title: Industrial Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Industrial & Logistics recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment within similar sectors, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Industrial & Logistics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruitment within the Industrial & Logistics sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement changes to optimize recruitment results.
