Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Workspace and Property Change Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our estate team, you will be responsible for driving real value from our estate and ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough analyses of our estate to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive real value from our estate.
  3. Work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our service users.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to our stakeholders on estate-related matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
