About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at McElroy Resourcing. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the quality of raw materials and finished products through continuous improvement of operational processes, systems, and standards.
- Liaise closely with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
- Provide management with monthly quality data to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of quality experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- A relevant engineering qualification (HND or higher) or significant demonstrable practical experience.
- Experience in quality inspection and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, particularly in Excel.
