In this role as the ERP Finance Product Lead, you will take the helm of the newly formed Finance Product Team, overseeing its services to the MBGP business. You will be instrumental in guiding the Finance Product and its associated applications through all stages of their product lifecycle: Introduction, Growth, Maturity, and Decline.
Remaining composed under pressure is essential, as you will collaborate with business partners to develop a strategic roadmap. You will manage the Finance backlog and secure support from other teams and the broader IT department to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment based on data and experience, making timely decisions as necessary.
In this position, you will provide vision, leadership, and support for the product vertical that encompasses the complete financial business process, ensuring integration and alignment with other critical business processes such as Design, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Sales. It is crucial to meet all internal and external quality and compliance standards efficiently and promptly.
You will consistently motivate the team to adopt a proactive mindset, inspiring others to excel and empowering the Finance Product team. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring, reporting, and enhancing product performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a SAP Finance Product Lead or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in product delivery utilizing an Agile methodology.
- Exceptional planning, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Additional Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the SAP Finance domain (preferably both on-premise and cloud).
- In-depth functional knowledge of SAP Finance-related modules.
- At least two full lifecycle implementations of S/4HANA or Public/Private Cloud.
- Strong understanding of digital trends in Finance.
- Significant experience with SAP Best Practices.
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace sectors.
- Integration experience with non-SAP ERP systems and technologies.
