We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Site Store Operations Manager to join our team and support the management of our stores across the Midlands area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless customer service and sales growth.
  • Driving sales growth through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by training and motivating your team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Training, developing, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance in all stores under your management.

  • Driving license required.
