Role Overview:

As a Pharmacy Counter Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients and customers within the pharmacy. We seek an individual who excels in public interaction, is eager to engage in hands-on tasks, and is open to learning through experience.

Are you personable, well-organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service to the community?

In this role, you will collaborate with the pharmacy team, including Dispensers, Technicians, and the Pharmacist, to ensure high-quality care for our patients and customers. Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients and customers, assisting them with their needs, promoting pharmacy services, advising on over-the-counter products, and managing the receipt and distribution of prescriptions under the Pharmacist's supervision, along with other essential duties to maintain the pharmacy's efficient operation.

Candidate Profile:

We prefer candidates with prior pharmacy experience; however, we encourage applications from individuals looking to advance their careers in the pharmacy sector.

This position requires participation in several formal training programs, which may take place during and outside of working hours.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare setting, demonstrate reliability, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a friendly demeanor that inspires trust among our patients.
