Hotel Asset Management Associate Job Description


  • Manage the valuation analyses, reporting, and forecasting of a large scale hospitality portfolio across the UK
  • Prepare annual budgets along with investment memoranda to report to key investors
  • Manage capital expenditures and run detailed return on investment scenarios
  • Conduct extensive market research within the hotel sector to establish detailed forecasting


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize hotel portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform investment decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to stakeholders


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel asset management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
