We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Trainer Supervisor to join ProTech Recruitment Ltd, a leading recruitment agency specializing in pharmaceutical and logistics industry placements.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our clients' pharmaceutical supply chains, ensuring that all products are stored, managed, and distributed with the utmost care and efficiency.
As a Warehouse Trainer Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining warehouse training programs, ensuring that all staff are fully trained and compliant with cGMP, cGWDP, and H&S policies.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering training materials, including videos, presentations, written assessments, and hands-on training.
- Monitoring individual progress and maintaining accurate training records.
- Assisting in the management and control of all aspects of the warehouse operation, including inventory management and quality control.
Please note that a minimum of 5 years' continuous work history and the ability to complete a DBS check are essential requirements for this role.
