The Insurance Sales Consultant role is a dynamic, customer-centric sales position within a supportive, target-oriented inbound sales environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Modifying customer policies, payments, and schedules.
- Assisting clients with existing policy changes.
- Demonstrating excellent rapport-building abilities.
- Managing sensitive information while adhering to data protection regulations.
- Delivering a professional service and positively representing our brand.
- Exhibiting outstanding customer service skills, including a confident and courteous telephone demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is preferred.
