Deputy General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy General Manager and Clinical Lead of a Barchester care home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in the delivery of care services
• Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
• Monitor and maintain high standards of care and compliance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve their best

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
• Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
• Experience in caring for residents with different health needs
• Successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and HR
