A career opportunity has arisen for a qualified and passionate nursery practitioner to join our team at ACR Recruitment and Training Ltd. We are seeking an individual with a minimum Level 2 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to work in childcare settings throughout Daventry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children in line with the EYFS.
  • Develop and implement a wide range of activities for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including changing nappies and toilet training.
  • Undertake domestic tasks, such as cleaning equipment and rooms, to ensure the nursery remains clean and tidy.
  • Assist with serving children's lunches, respecting dietary preferences and allergies.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years/Nursery Qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Driving license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
