Job Role:

We're seeking a skilled Removals Porter to join our team. As a Removals Porter, you'll be responsible for safely packaging and moving household and office furniture, as well as other items, to new premises or via storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging items for removal or storage, ensuring they're securely wrapped and protected
  • Wrapping and protecting furniture for shipping overseas
  • As a specialist packer, you may be required to visit locations before the move to wrap and pack delicate items, such as china, glass, artwork, and antiques
  • Loading and securing items safely in your vehicle
  • Driving to the new location, unloading items, and reassembling large items as needed
  • Unwrapping furniture and unpacking cartons

Requirements:
