The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in retail fit out and a willingness to travel and work away from home regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects from set-up to handover and evaluation, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of professionals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to develop and implement KPIs, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Resource Planning: Plan and manage resources, including materials, labor, and sub-contractors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety requirements are met, working closely with the Site Safety Officer.
Requirements
