About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities for children, promoting their development and well-being, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children in your care
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
