Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our UK Sales team at Life Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the Scottish territory.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue. You will work closely with our internal departments to develop and execute territory strategies, ensuring alignment with Life Fitness goals and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator, with excellent planning and organisational skills. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using data and analytics to inform your sales strategies and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment with Life Fitness goals and objectives.
  • Use data and analytics to inform sales strategies and drive results.
  • Collaborate with the Core sales team and UK Sales Director - Core to achieve annual targets and support customers with mutually beneficial, commercially viable sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a sales role, delivering against KPIs and executing sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using data and analytics to inform sales strategies.
  • Competent in face-to-face meetings across varying levels of management.
  • Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional overnight stays required.
