Job Title: Compliance Officer

Division: Compliance

Location: Northern Ireland

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Commission

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all candidates meet the necessary requirements for registration with our agency. This will involve:

  • Contacting candidates on a regular basis to verify their documentation.
  • Reviewing and verifying documentation submitted by candidates.
  • Auditing files on a regular basis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Applying for enhanced DBS certificates and conducting essential checks on documentation.
  • Booking candidates in for relevant training and issuing candidate ID badges.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
