Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Support Advisor / Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team in our Jesmond practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.
- Manage front of house reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient queries.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Previous front of house reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting).
- A positive attitude, empathetic, and well-organized.
- The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment.
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care.
