We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at CSG Talent. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private label beauty accounts, promoting the company brand, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Directly oversee and be responsible for the growth of your accounts, including Grocery and discount retail accounts.
- Sales Budget Management: Responsible for the sales budget and ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Sales Cycle Management: Proactively lead, manage, and execute the entire sales life cycle from introduction to first product delivery.
- Sales Presentations: Lead and deliver sales presentations to decision-makers, promoting the company brand and products.
- Joint Business Planning: Manage and negotiate joint business plans with your accounts, ensuring mutually profitable business solutions.
- Brand Ambassador: Be the ambassador of the company within your accounts, promoting the company brand and values.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of what the competition are doing, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
We are looking for a successful Account Manager with private label consumer goods experience, preferably in the beauty sector. You will have a proven track record of account growth, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced changing environment.
- Private Label Experience: Private label consumer goods experience is an advantage, as well as experience managing Grocery accounts.
- Account Growth: Demonstrate account growth within your current job role.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized in follow-up and planning, with excellent numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Team Player: A good fit within our team is crucial, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
