We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to join our team at Mirus Aircraft Seating. As a key member of our MTEST facility, you will play a critical role in certifying products for airworthiness and supporting the development of our aircraft seating solutions.

• Set up and execute dynamic, static, and life cycle tests in accordance with test procedures and customer requirements.
• Support engineers and senior technicians in the execution of tests and development of new testing procedures.
• Manufacture and maintain test fixtures and equipment as necessary.
• Carry out development and certification static tests to customer and regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for maintenance of static test/life cycle area and equipment.
• Review existing risk assessments and highlight any changes.
• Support dynamic sled maintenance in line with engineer instructions.
• Be responsible for maintaining a high level of housekeeping and creating a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in a testing environment. You should be highly organized, analytical, and able to problem-solve effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
