Position Overview:

Career Teachers is in search of a qualified and experienced Primary Educator to lead a vibrant Year 3 classroom in a supportive educational environment.


Core Responsibilities:

As a Primary Educator, you will be tasked with delivering the national curriculum across various subjects, including Mathematics, English, Music, and Physical Education. Your role will involve:

  • Designing engaging, curriculum-focused lesson plans.
  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
  • Tracking and assessing student performance.
  • Providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Establishing and maintaining behaviour standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a dedicated Primary Educator who possesses:

  • A recognized Undergraduate Education Degree or equivalent with QTS.
  • Prior teaching experience within a school setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to fostering an optimal learning environment, ensuring child safety, and will be proficient in using educational software. A positive, engaging, and empathetic approach is essential.


Compensation:

Remuneration ranges from £135 to £240 per day for supply teaching roles, based on experience, or a salary aligned with the National Scale (MPS/UPS) for long-term or permanent positions.
