The team comprises technical experts who focus on IT design support for various projects within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
The role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure systems design. Proven experience in executing technical projects is crucial, along with the following:
Technical Leadership:
- Creating technical designs and documentation.

- Implementing and testing systems.
Job Specifications & Technical Expertise:
Ideal candidates will have experience leading the delivery of IT services in large organizations and demonstrate extensive technical knowledge in the following areas:
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency at L2/L3 levels in supporting Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure Technologies.
- Experience with Entra Conditional Access Configuration.
- Expertise in Entra Identity Design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of M365 Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting.
- PowerShell scripting skills.
- Strong capabilities in Active Directory Configuration and Troubleshooting.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Citrix Licensing, Profile Management, Citrix Director, Storefront, and Studio.
- SQL Management experience.
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Microsoft certification or equivalent experience.
