Job Title: Heating and Plumbing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumbing supervisor to oversee the delivery of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all services are carried out in line with SLA's, company policies, and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of plumbers and engineers to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Time served mechanical/plumbing apprenticeship, City & Guilds or equivalent Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum six years' experience in the field
  • Proactive and innovative approach to service delivery
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of L8/Legionella, BMS systems, and all other M&E & HVAC
  • IT literacy and comfort working with an electronic works management system (CAFM)
  • Positive 'Can Do' attitude and motivation to excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence working on large complex mechanical and electrical systems and various types of pipework and fittings
