Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Karting Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers on our dual track karting experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Conduct thorough safety inductions and briefings to customers before they participate in karting activities.
  • Ensure that customers' helmets fit properly and are securely fastened.
  • Escort customers to the track and into their karts in a safe and organized manner.
  • Act as a track marshal during racing, ensuring the safety of all participants.
  • Guide racers back into the pit lane and assist them in exiting their karts safely.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a similar environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
