Role Overview:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing individualized and small group support to students with Autism.
2. Assisting in the execution of personalized learning plans and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
3. Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and innovative lessons.
4. Helping to manage classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
5. Collaborating closely with fellow teaching assistants and staff members.
6. Contributing to daily briefings and planning sessions.
7. Promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages student growth.

- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with Autism.
