Job Title: Store Manager - Food and Beverage

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our European launch in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Direct and assist staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.
  • Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff on company practices, values, and product ranges, and encourage continuous learning and development among team members.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets, and implement and oversee promotional activities and special offers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous management experience in a food and beverage environment is essential.
  • Skills: Fine-tuned management and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, and a creative flair.
  • Personal Attributes: Intelligent, well-spoken, and highly presented, mature, professional, and always upbeat and smiling.
